More Video and Myspace?

So everywhere I read suggests putting more and more videos and podcasts into your blog to help get folks interested in things. Where do people get the time or resources to do this? I added a little personal content a while back (my daughter sinking a 3 point shot clip), but can’t think of much else, other than me showing a chart and talking to it, and I really don’t have time for that kind of stuff.

I’d like to podcast, but again, that takes time and resources that I really can’t see right now, but maybe I am making a mountain out of a mole hill as well. Something else to think about and look into.
