Brilliant Blog Marketing

I read about this trick to drive traffic to your web site and it was brilliant in it’s simplicity. The folks at WheresGeorge.com stamped U.S. dollar bills with a stamp that looks like:

Which drives folks to go to their web site to input the serial numbers for their currency. Holy crap! As long as this isn’t illegal, which I am not completely clear on, this is BRILLIANT. You go to the site, and it does not look like a government web site, as it is cluttered nicely with Adsense Adverts all over it, BRILLIANT, did I mention that before?

There is evidently a Canadian version for the $5.00 bill called Where’s Willy, amazing! These guys are evil geniuses, hats off to them.
