I was approached by a college career-based website to advertise on my site. I don’t have a big problem with these folks as an industry (although I am dubious about their actual abilities to deliver); however, I asked what they wanted to put on my site.
I was surprised they wanted to put an ad on a SPECIFIC posting ( Best Financial Advice Ever ) which is quite bizarre. I’m not sure what they are going to do with that specific page, whether they will be running links to it or what, but I will be watching closely to see what comes of this.
They paid in advance for a one-year ad, which is always fine with me (I hate click-to-pay schemes). Cha-Ching, more money in the bank!
